CVT's Core Values

Our values are visible in our work and how we appear to the world. From everything we do to every decision we make our values stay with us.

Ownership & bias for action

Leaders are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long- term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company. In your life be it personal or professional things does not go as per plan and we can always find 10 valid reasons for not delivering projects on time and quality but people with strong Bias for action find ways to move forward amid many hurdles and always deliver on time and with quality. These characteristics are very important to become a valuable Engineer because these are at core of everything we do, People with high ownership and strong Bias for action go so long miles in their career path.

Deliver results

No matter whether we are good owner or have high quality delivery if we are not making and impact in the organization we are working at, we all are here to deliver something and this dimension is all about measuring if you are making an impact overall. Leaders focus on the key inputs for their business and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, they rise to the occasion and never settle.

Insist on high standards

Good engineers never settle for less when it comes to the quality of their deliverables, they always take pride on their work (code, design and approach etc). This particular skill makes you a credible engineer and takes you out of crowd. We must ensure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.

Independence

This makes you ready to step up the ladder towards becoming a Senior level in your career path. This all about how much help/ correction you need to solve a given problem. Independence must be visible in our work that how we are managing things even if lots of people around there to help.

Learn and be curious

We are in the industry which is evolving every hour and minutes and that really makes it mandatory for us to keep learning new things to keep us with the industry evolution, without this we all be redundant and loose our value over time and go into survival mode rather than growth mode.
